Hi Max, I just have a couple of suggestions that I think would be great for service businesses that sell multiple different services/products.

(1) A box for the users address that has an automatic search function when they start typing.

(2) A dropdown box for the user to choose exactly which product/service they are booking.

When you have many products/services that all lead to the same booking form, there is no way to know what individual service the person is booking.

Asking them to leave this in the notes section would probably do the job in most cases, but I can guarantee that many customers won’t do this and we will have to contact them to confirm what they want, so this feature would be very helpful.

You’re right about the concept, it will be something along the lines of our Forms widgets. We’re not sure about the types of fields exactly, but we’ll update you here when we have more details

As for the ETA, we’d prefer not to give an exact estimate, but I wouldn’t expect it within the next few weeks. That said, as always, we’re doing everything we can to release it sooner rather than later

Yes, we’re definitely planning to release it this year! We’ll do our best to roll it out in the first half of the year, but again, it’s still just a plan.
