Min or Max limit for the number of digits - Matching Fields

It would be great, if they had a digit limiter for the number field.
For example you set the limit to 5 digits. Applicant then cannot enter more than 5 digits.

Min or Max, digit amount for number field.

Imposing a fields must match would be great too.

Under the matching fields you mean the field validation, right? So, if user enters the number of digits beyond the limit, the error will be displayed.
