The AI bot actually works almost perfectly. We’ve been using a different one (much more expensive) until now, but after a bit of experimentation and learning, it works almost better than the more expensive version.
But a language selection in the bot window, like in the website translator, would be great. This way, the customer can decide which language (German, English, etc.)

Regarding the language switcher, just to clarify: the bot responds in the language of the user’s first message. For example, if your settings are in English but the user sends a message in German, the bot will reply in German.
However, quick replies and other widget elements will stay in the language you’ve set in the settings. Are you looking to translate these elements as well?
It would be great if the client would see the AI Bot in his language - in English. So that he is not confused reading the Assistant in German. Maybe he would not use the bot if he/she doesn´t understand whats written in the box.
