Jai un probleme, quand je passe de la page en francais a la page en anglais il ne traduit pas le message d’accueil ni les bulles. Par contre si je pose une question en anglais il repond en anglais. Comment puis je faire pour que le texte du chatbot se traduise quand je passe dune page a l’autre. Merci d’avance

Instruct the bot how it should behave. For example, the bot could first ask which language is preferred. If the user requests the preferred language in the chat, the bot will then do so.
Malheureusement, il n’est pas possible de traduire le texte des éléments du widget en fonction de la version linguistique de la page où il est installé. Je suis vraiment désolé !
La seule solution est de créer un widget distinct pour chaque version linguistique.
