If you want to change the spelling in the text of some widget’s elements, you can manually do this in the Language & Texts section on the General tab:
This Language setting just controls how the text elements in the widget are translated.
As for the language of bot responses, it determines the language based on the user’s first message and continues in that language throughout the conversation. Thus, if the first message was in Swiss German, the whole conversation should be in this language version.
While AI is a great feature, it’s still not perfect, and I recommend you additionally describe your language preference in the Instructions to make sure that the bot will respond correctly:
