It wont accept my url for reviews?

i am trying to create a widget but the same error keeps occuring and i have checked multiple times and i am typing it correctly. it says there are no reviews on this page but i know there are. even if you take the url itself and put it in google you are brought right to the review page

The thing is that the links with profile.php?id won’t work in our app. Here is the correct format: Redirecting....
