Just ran into this issue today, our office admin hit “reply” and sent a client a full email reply thinking the issue was solved… weeks go by and the person reaches out asking why we never replied to them, i did some digging and the office admins reply went to the elf sight notifications email instead of the potential clients. Would love to have this fixed!

You know, to make everything work correctly, you need to add the Email element field ID to the Reply-to section. For you to get the idea better, I’ve made a video screencast: 2022-09-28_13-08-21.

Need the ability to send from custom domain. The elfsight emails go to SPAM, Junk and even quarantine.
