Hi there, @SERGIO_JOEL and welcome to the Community ![]()
I am so sorry for this inconvenience!
I’ve just checked the form on your website, and it’s working fine now:
Could you please double-check it?
If the issue still persists on your end, please send me a video screencast of what you see with the console error you’ve mentioned. I’ll be happy to look into this for you ![]()
And the problem is in the elfsight consolĂ© and recursiva in web, i test in consolĂ© and sometimes can send and much others not, in the vĂdeo that send you in the last message can see that submit button not work properly , when i clic in submit must be appear a thanks message but not send and not put the message, its how refresh or if will be blocked
I see the problem is when i active my internet provider… i put off our internet and the forms works ??? With other provider??? What is this??? Whats happened??? Can help us because its blocked with “””our””” internet….. not understand, never pass this , reset our internet but nothing…. If try in mobile without our wifi, works..: really not understand
Thanks for sharing these details!
To understand the exact reason for the issue, could you please:
-
specify your provider
-
share a video screencast of the issue
-
open the Dev Console, submit the form and then take a screenshot of the Dev Console
This info may help us understand what’s going on ![]()
Server Provider is IONOS, and the problem is when we use our internet from elfsight or from our web the forms not works and submit not work, if i desactĂvate our internet and use it with other provider (in the vĂdeo you see that i try with our internet and not work , and if desactĂvate wifi then works) works…. Not understand where is the problem, maybe your ip of service will be blocked in our internet? Maybe will be the problem, because our public ip of server of our web is in our whitelist and the problem come from elfsight and our internet provider or hosting, but the problem not is us , or really not understand whats happened
Unfortunately, the video you were trying to send wasn’t attached. If you reply to my messages through your inbox, please try to open the link with your topic right on the forum and upload the video using this button:
Also, please send me a screenshot of the Dev Console right after sending the form ![]()
Thanks! Could you please test it from the desktop and take a screenshot of the Dev Console right after sending the form?
So, you just need to open the website, open the Dev Console, submit the form and then take a screenshot of the Dev Console. I’ve shown how you can do this in the video (my 1st reply) ![]()
In this moment works fine, if the error continue i send you the dev capture with the error, but i not make any change and not understand what could be happened but was strange, i check it today and go back if the problem continue, thanks
Hi Max, the problem persist, i see in the inspection that the error is that elfsight is blocking my public ip, maybe because im testing and i need verify if the message go to my email and ticket system how always… there is an option for that elfsight not blocked me?? the problem is too many request…. we have 7 forms builders and others submit forms and really wil be happy if elfsight not blocked to me that i pay my suscription and understand that i can test,… no??? if i will be blocked for test three sends im not happy… please can help me ? thanks
Hey @SERGIO_JOEL,
Stepping in for Max to answer your request today ![]()
I totally understand the frustration. It looks like you’re hitting the error 429 because too many requests from the Form are being sent in a short period of time. We have limits in place to prevent spam attacks:
-
No more than 5 submissions/minute from a single IP address
-
No more than 60 submissions/hour for each widget
Unfortunately, these limits can’t be turned off, but they are there to ensure fair use and prevent spam attacks on our servers.
I totally get that you need to test, though. I recommend spacing out the form submissions a bit to avoid hitting the limit ![]()
I really hope that these limits won’t be a huge issue now that you know about them. Please drop me a message if you need my assistance with anything else!
