Works find in incognito Mode with Edge and Chrome. So could it be a local Problem of my device oder network?

Please try to clear cache and cookies in the browser where the issue occurs. If the issue still persists, it is most likely caused by your browser’s extensions.
Please try to disable them one by one and let me know if it helped
