We’ve been using the exact same popup with a form for at least a year, successfully. Today it stopped submitting the form.
It’s the “Take the Pledge” on nearly every page of our site and gets many submissions daily – but I may have to turn it off so no guarantees it’ll be there.

Could you please double-check it? If the issue still persists on your end, please try to check your website in incognito mode.
In case the issue still occurs in incognito mode, please open the Dev Console, click on the Submit button and take a screenshot of the Dev Console
