Issue with Align by Height setting in Safari

Hi there, I’ve just found this thread. I have toggled this setting on which is working as expected in Chrome but not in Safari. Can you help please?

Safari version 16.6 (18615.3.12.11.2)

OS Ventura 13.6.7

Hi there, @user16327, @Maxim_smith :wave:

I’ve already passed this request to the devs. I’ll get back here once I have their response :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Maxim,

Yes that’s right. Looks great on Chrome but not on safari. Not checked any other browsers as of yet as not got to the testing part of the website build.

Many thanks for any help you can offer
Helena

This Align Cards by Height setting doesn’t work on mobile devices and as far as I understood, the issue occurs on desktop with OS Ventura 13.6.7.

Our devs will look into this and I’ll update you here :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi,

I’ve got a separate widget which is being used on the mobile version of the homepage so that’s not an issue.

It’s just the desktop on safari

Many thanks

Im Back! @user16327 !
I got a Update! It can be that many Phones dont Support the widget right. If that makes sense.
Anyways. The widget works well on my iPhone!:+1:

Hi, I’m not looking at it on mobile. As I said I have a different widget for the mobile version of the website so that is not a problem.

On desktop on safari is the problem. Can you check again please?

Screen Shot Attached.

Many thanks
Helena

Of Course @user16327! :grin:
I checked on my macbook again. its still this… Can you please describe again what the problem is? Sorry! :disappointed:
Oh Yea! @Max said “I’ve already passed this request to the devs. I’ll get back here once I have their response :slightly_smiling_face:” Before! he will update you soon! :sweat_smile:

Hi sorry can’t quite follow what you have said. Are you looking at it on Safari on your macbook? I did attach a screenshot so that should show the issue. Basically the align by height setting is not working in Safari. I gave you the OS and version of Safari earlier. Will wait to hear.

Hey @user16327 ! :smiley:
I use safari on my MacBook!

Right @Max !

Hi @user16327 :wave:

Thank you for waiting!

We’ve fixed the issue by adding this code to the Custom CSS field on the Style tab of your widget’s settings:

.swiper-slide {
  display: flex !important;
}

Please check your website and let me know if it’s fine now :slightly_smiling_face:

Yes that seems to have fixed it thanks very much :slightly_smiling_face:
