At the moment, our Instagram Feed is experiencing issues with collecting data. Temporarily, new sources do not get collected, and current sources do not get updated.
All created widgets keep working and displaying fine, so the widgets’ performance was not affected.
We’re working on resolving the issue right now, and I’ll keep you updated on how things are going in this thread.

We’re still working on the fix. At the moment, some new accounts get collected correctly, but some might not.

Is there any update on this? We’ve got quite a few instagram widgets that still aren’t loading currently!

I’m afraid we’re still working on this issue and trying to provide a fix. Unfortunately, the issue turned out to be more complicated than we had expected, but we’re doing everything possible to provide a solution as promptly as possible.
All the widgets will be fixed automatically as soon as the fix is applied. We’re terribly sorry for the inconvenience, and our dev team are working on this as I type. We do believe everything will be back to normal soon.

Update: the issue is fixed, all the Instagram Feed widgets should work correctly now!
