Hi dear people,

I’m not sure what happened, but the images from Google Reviews are no longer showing on my website. Is this a recent change on Elfsight’s end, or should they still be visible as they always were?

Hello @D_C, thanks for coming back :waving_hand:

Just looked through your reviews, and I see that the images are not there too. Checked it with the devs, and they let me know that the images are not being cached right now (we’re working on it :factory_worker: ), and this is why sometimes “old“ images can go blank.

I passed your request further for the manual image update while we continue working on caching. I’ll be back with the news soon – please bear with me for a while :folded_hands:

I wanted to let you know that your Google Reviews widget was refreshed, and the images should appear now. Could you please check and let me know if it’s good on your side?
