I have tried to find one and it always gives me an erros.

Hi there,
I have not seen this app for whatsapp work well.
I want to buy a subscription, but I want a whatsapp chat app that stays on the website and helps answer questions. Or let’s people chat with me without abandoning the website and ending up having to open whatsapp and update and open their private whatsapp information to you guys any other creeps.
Is that possible?
Or your systems is just weird like that?
We just want a simple chat system to support the costomer and guide them.

Our widget is basically an interface that connects your website to WhatsApp. When users click Start Chat, they’re redirected to the WhatsApp app (either on mobile or desktop), where the chat happens directly on WhatsApp.
For the widget to work, your visitors need to have access to [WhatsApp messenger. Here’s an article on this topic in our Help Center: Why My Chat Widget Doesn’t Work.
Thus, sending messages to WhatsApp without leaving website is currently not possible. We have a request for this feature on the Wishlist and you can upvote it here.
