Does anyone know how to set up the google reviews carousel so that instead of scrolling page by page the reviews automatically float across the screen slowly.

If I understand you correctly, you want to enable scrolling review by review in your widget. I’ve checked your website and the widget works exactly this way now:
However, in the configurator, reviews are switching page by page. Just in case, if you want to switch reviews one by one, you should click Customize button on the Layout tab and choose Scroll per item in the Scroll Mode field:
Additionally, you can set the autoplay interval in the setting above:
