It would be nice if the reviews could rotate automatically.

You must customize the Slider or Carousel Layout.

@Sina is absolutely right, this feature is available in our Reviews. To enable it, click Customize button on the Layout tab and switch on the Auto Play setting:
After that, you’ll see the popup, where you’ll be able to set the Interval and enable the Pause on Hover option:
