Is posible add slowly slide effect all time? not scroll per item or page, all time continues and when scroll stop.

setup the Carousel and you have the slide effect.
Then you can adjust the effect to your liking.

What do you mean under the scrolling value? If you’re talking about intervals between review scrollings, you can adjust it in the Auto Play section:
