Is there a way to add the answers for a product recommendation quiz? I can create all of the questions but cannot find a way to link the answers (which will vary based on what combination of answers the person has selected)!

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to implement this idea with our Form Builder. We have a Wishlist request for the Quiz app, that should be a better option for this case. Feel free to upvote it
