When designing a quiz, is there a way to assign points to the multiple choice answers, that can then provide a score at the end?

I am really sorry, but it’s impossible to assign points to answers in our Form Builder.
We have a request for a Quiz app, where this functionality should be available. Feel free to upvote this idea - Quiz Widget
