Hi there, I want to ask this question: I’m configuring LINE chat widget on our website. But I’m afraid that my widget can’t detect our LINE identity since there is no API. I mean for example, when a customer messages us, how could this conversation redirect to our LINE account inbox? (verified one) I tried and it said “user not found”

With the way our Line chat works, all you need to do to make it work is just add your ID in the settings.
When your website visitor clicks Start Chat , they get redirected to the Line messenger where they need to scan a QR Code. After that, their message gets redirected to your inbox and the chat takes place on the Line messenger side:
I’ve checked your widget and see that you set it up correctly, so it should work just fine
Could you please test your widget in action and let me know if it works as expected?
