For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to edit the URL associated w/ an existing SM icon widget.
The reason I want to do this (other than if the main URL for a client changes), is that I want to duplicate a widget for another site so I don’t have to recreate from scratch… but I cannot find the URL associated w/ existing, published widgets anymore. What am I missing?

If I understood you correctly, you’d like to duplicate the widget to install it to another website.
To duplicate the widget, you just need to choose necessary widget in your dashboard and click on Duplicate the button:
The duplicated widget will have different widget id and you’ll be able to install it to another website.
