I use your widget on my site, it works properly, but at an aesthetic level i would like it to be shown in full also in the mobile version, without the scrollbar.

Due to the peculiarities of the Google Sites platform, all widget elements are being converted into iframe format, which causes incorrect displaying.
Iframe calculates the height of the block on mobile based on its size on the desktop. So, to make the widget look good on mobile, you need to stretch the widget in its height on the desktop.
I also need to say that an empty space might appear on the desktop below the widget, but it is the only workaround we can suggest in this case, please accept my apologies. For more information, feel free to refer to this article: How to remove extra mobile scrollbars on Google Sites.
