Hi there, @user25252 :waving_hand:

I am genuinely sorry about this inconvenience!

Could you please specify whether you’ve added any new plugins to your website before the widget stopped displaying?

If so, please specify the plugin. Our devs will investigate the issue for you :slightly_smiling_face:

I installed the plugin Simple History. I deactivated it and now it’s fine.

Thank you!

Hi Max

I thought the issue was solved, but it seems it’s not.

I can see the reviews in Firefox, but not in Edge and Google Chrome. I deactivated all plugins, except Elementor and cleared cache, but that didn’t help. Can you please help me with that. my client is getting unpatient.

Thank you.

Hi there, @user25252 :waving_hand:

I see the issue, and I am so sorry about that!

I’ve forwarded it to the devs and will update you once I have any news :slightly_smiling_face:

The issue occurs because of the WordPress Google Tag Manager plugin added to your website.

To fix the issue, you should either disable this plugin or reinstall the widget in iframe. Please try it out and let me know if it helped :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Max

Disabling the GTM plugin doesn’t help. I installed the iframe and now the Google reviews are shown in Edge, Chrome and Firefox, but not in incognito mode. How can I solve that?

Kind regards

I’m sorry. I replied to quickly. It does work now in incognito mode as well. Thank you!
