Hi Max,

in Google maps i have 9 Ratings in your Software only 8. It seems that the sync ist not working.

Got you! You mean the number of reviews.

Now, I totally understand if you’re wondering why the new reviews aren’t showing up on your website right away. Our widget actually uses a cache system to make everything load faster and reduce the server load. So the reviews are updated every 72 hours.

I hope this explains things.

However, if it’s been more than 72 hours, and the reviews still haven’t appeared, please let me know. I’ll be happy to look into this for you :slightly_smiling_face:
