I see that you’ve already set up the Review Source Opened event and would like to additionally track when a new review is submitted, is that right?
If so, unfortunately, this isn’t possible at the moment. The Write a Review button simply redirects users to your Google Business Profile, and the review submission itself happens on Google’s side, so we don’t receive any data about newly submitted reviews.
