Do you mean that the customers submitted reviews through the widget and they didn’t appear on Google? If so, the Write a Review button just redirects users to the Leave a Review page on Google and the review submission is handled by Google.
Thus, if this is the issue you’re experiencing, we recommend you contacting the Google Support.
In case you meant that no reviews show up in the widget, this happens because of the key word filters used in the widget:
If you remove the filters, the review will appear there:
