What an awesome update our devs have prepared for you 
Now you can add Alt text to the file preview image in our PDF Embed and File Embed apps. Here is how you can do this:
- Choose the needed file in the Content tab:
- Add Preview Image:
- Add the text in the Alt Text field and click on Done:
