Facebook reviews not updating reviews

So I just had another lovely review left on my facebook page but it hasnt updated on the widget on my website. Its not showing the latest review ( 115 in total ) and the widget shows 114 with the latest not showing. The review is public. Any ideas why new reviews since adding the widget isnt updating? Do I need to update myself or?

Any help much appreciated!

Im on the free plan atm to test it out before i go to a payplan, but not going to pay for it if it doesnt update.

The new reviews don’t appear in the widget because of the cache. Our widget actually uses a cache system to make everything load faster and reduce the server load. So the reviews are updated every 72 hours.

If it’s been more than 72 hours and the new review still didn’t appear, please let me know. I’ll be happy to look into this for you :slightly_smiling_face:
