I added the Google Review widget to my website. It works great. However, as I have received new reviews it does not update and add them to the widget. It still only loads the reviews from when I installed the widget. I tried to reinstall but it still gives me the same widget ID and does not add the updated reviews.
The new reviews aren’t showing up in the widget right away because of the cache. Our widget uses a cache system to make everything load faster and reduce the server load. So the reviews are updated every 72 hours.
If it’s been more than 72 hours and the new reviews didn’t appear, please let me know and I’ll check it for you
