Hi, one of my Facebook apps, not both, is not showing images or videos. This has been going on for a few days on all browsers.
They are also missing in the elfsight console, so it’s not related to my site, and the other one uses the same code for the site and it’s fine. I can see there are posts that magically start working after support have a look, but no real solutions. Any chance you could refresh whatever is required to get this working please?

Could you please additionally to update our permissions on the Facebook side. To do it, please log into your Facebook account and remove Elfsight permissions here - Redirecting....
Then log out of Facebook and reconnect your widget again. You can find detailed instructions in our guide - Reconnecting your Facebook Feed widget.

Is there anything else we can do before this? This is a client’s FB account and I have to ask them to do these things

Our devs checked things and this issue appears because of the cache.
We’ve disconnected your widget and cleared the authorization data, which might help resolve the issue. Could you please reconnect the widget once again and let me know how it worked?
OK, without doing anything the widget on the live site is now working. I still need to authorise the app again, the version in the control panel is showing no results, so it’s definitely done something.
Yeah, you need to connect your widget in the configurator, otherwise, the new posts won’t be pulled
