I’d like to have any way to export chatbot analytics (pdf, word, etc)
Need a feature to export the chats and analytics reports on the widget admin panel for different periods based on the selection from a calendar.

I agree that it would be great to have an option to export the analytics reports along with the chats. If more users support this request, we might think about it in the future 
Happy to see that you agree with my suggestion @Max. I strongly believe this is a must have feature to analyze and improve any platforms that are using this chatbot service. At the end of the day, we are using this widget to improve our services. Hope to see this feature implemented soon.
