Hello @user661 and we are happy to see you at Elfsight Community! Welcome
We can’t apologize enough for the inconvenience caused by the issue!
I have forwarded your request to our developers, and hopefully, they will come up with a solution very soon.
Please do not worry, I’ll keep you updated.
thank you very much i am waiting for your answer
Hello @user661!
Thank you for waiting!
I am glad to inform you that we’ve found a possible solution for this issue. You need to reinstall your widget through iframe:
<iframe src='https://sandbox.elfsightcdn.com/WIDGET_ID' width='100%' height='1000' frameborder='0'></iframe>
You need to replace WIDGET_ID with the ID of the widget installed on the page and adjust the height.
Just in case, here is the article that explains it in more detail - How to install your widget in iframe - Elfsight Help Center
Please check it and let me know if it helped
Hello and thank you.
you have no better than an iframe?
the iframe is not good with https and not advisable it seems to me.?
I can also make an iframe of my etsy page lol
and the iframe doesn’t work.
when I click on load more I have a double window which is really not nice
when I use WPbakery Mode Frontend Editor
I’m not the problem so I think it’s coming from the wordpress menu and not from WPbakbery.
there is javascript or css overlap.
maybe do different script depending on the platform used?
