End user can change or cancel a booking

Provide an option that lets end users cancel or change their bookings via a widget.

Adding this functionality would be a level raiser for this widget. I’d suggest prioritising this, as it provides end users the much needed flexibility when scheduling appointments.

I’m so sorry this update caught you off guard!

Due to the complexity of the task and the current workload, we’ve had to take this idea off the roadmap for now. However, it’s still on our radar, and we hope to revisit it down the line.

right now, you can not cancel a booking. Even if you test your calender yourself, the time will be blocked. so this calender is not usefull at all for real work. i hope they find a way that you can cancel the booking. thank you

I’d like to confirm that widget owners can cancel bookings. I see that my colleague Mike has already helped you in the chat and everything is working fine on your end now.

As for the option to cancel bookings for the end user, currently, it’s not supported, but we’ll try to think about it in the future.
