I added an elfsight widget to my website, but it isn’t appearing on the page. the widget looks fine in the elfsight edito, but when I open the website link, the page is blank where the wiget should be. I’ve also checked that the embed code is on the page. could the URL or embed code be causing this?

I checked your site, and the Elfsight install code does not appear anywhere within its source code. So naturally the widget doesn’t render.
Sometimes this happens when the install code is added within an iframe that does not have specified dimensions, or if your hosting provider blocks rendering of cross-origin containers. However, neither of those are the case here since there are no <iframe> tags within your source. Can you please check in the editor you used to add the install code (i.e., <script src="...platform.js"> and <div class="elfsight-app-...">) and see if it is still there? If it is, then this is almost certainly a caching issue. Clear cache in both your browser and server and see if the problem persists. If it does, then check if your hosting provider has server-side caching which you do not have access to, and ask them to clear it. If after all this, it’s still not showing, Elfsight staff will be back on Monday and can help further.
