Need help integrating Elfsight widget into my website

Hi everyone :waving_hand:

I’m currently using Elfsight widgets on my website and I need some assistance.

Goal:
I want to successfully integrate the widget into my site so it displays correctly and loads smoothly.

What I’ve tried:

  • Added the widget script to my website’s HTML

  • Cleared browser cache and reloaded the page

  • Tested on multiple devices

  • Checked documentation & setup guides on Elfsight

Issue I’m facing:
The widget appears but isn’t loading fully / styling is incorrect / not visible (please replace with your issue)

My setup:

  • Platform/CMS: (WordPress / Shopify / Wix / Custom HTML etc.)

  • Widget type: (Instagram Feed, Chat Widget, Popup etc.)

  • Browser: (Chrome / Firefox / Safari)

  • Device: (Desktop / Mobile)

  • Theme/plugin conflicts: (if any)

Expected behavior:
I want the widget to display properly and function as expected for all users.

If anyone has experienced this or knows what I might be missing, I’d appreciate your help or suggestions :folded_hands:
