Hello! Your widget doesn’t work correctly on our website. After 31 December we don’t see any new posts from our instagram account in widget. Your application doesnt work. We cant create new widget, any buttons in app doesnt work. We pay for one year using your application and about three weeks we dont see any updatings. Please explain what is going on?

its only the username and follow button that’s working

Unfortunately, this info can’t be displayed on Business and Personal type of connection.
I deeply apologize for any confusion caused by this situation, but, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do with it 
So, the only workaround is to use Public Accounts&Hashtag type of connection.
Please let me know if this explains things or if you have any further questions.
