Elfsight widget doesnt work correctly on my site

Hello! Your widget doesn’t work correctly on our website. After 31 December we don’t see any new posts from our instagram account in widget. Your application doesnt work. We cant create new widget, any buttons in app doesnt work. We pay for one year using your application and about three weeks we dont see any updatings. Please explain what is going on?
