Elfsight Twitter Feed saying No tweets but I have connected it to the twitter account granted access and the account has a feed

I am sorry to say that we’re currently experiencing issues with the Twitter API, which is causing troubles in collecting tweets.
I’ve disconnected you and cleared the authorization data on our side. So, you just need to connect your widget to your Twitter account today and the posts should appear.
Please try it out and let me know if it helped 
The thing is that the number of tweets to display is limited to 10. 10 latest posts in your account are replies, that’s why tweets and retweets aren’t displayed in the widget.
Unfortunately, due to high pricing and strict limitations imposed by Twitter, we are not able to increase this limit at the moment. I am really sorry 
We understand that this is not ideal and we are looking for ways to provide increased number of displayed posts in the future.

Okay I understand. One more thing why does the twitter feed not show images that are in the post how am I able to show them

Unfortunately, images are not supported in testimonials and links are displayed instead of them. I am really sorry!

But does the other layout support images?

Yeah, images are supported for the profile posts and posts by hashtag.
