On my Wordpress site, I installed Elfsight PDF Embed Plugin but the plugin doesn’t open the PDF files in a new window/tab (enabling users to download the PDF), it just automatically downloads a HTML file.
Looking at the live preview, I click the file and it opens in a new tab - that’s what I need it to do. I also noticed the STYLE section only gives me colours and font to edit. I downloaded the plugin from CodeCanyon.
I’ve contacted support days ago and left a message via CodeCanyon, but they’re not responding. Can anyone advise me on possible solutions?

I however have to mention that this forum is dedicated to Elfsight cloud apps, thus we can assist with only cloud apps-related questions here. As far as I see, you’re using our WP standalone plugin, which looks and works differently.

Hi Max, it’s been 2 days and no response. It’s actually been a week since I first made contact and no response. I would really appreciate any assistance.
FYI - the CodeCanyon plugin doesn’t include support, so your colleague will not check and fix this problem for me. I’m very disappointed, but thanks (at least) for your help.
