I think a Google Review poster or dynamic Sales Notification type widget would be a great addition. It would show any new reviews that come through or you could select only 5 star reviews to post and they would cycle through showing as many as you allow. This would alleviate manual work that is required now in order to do so.

Do you mean something along the lines of a badge that pops up saying “Someone has just left a review!”? If so, what kind of content would you expect this badge to display?
Yes but it would pull the the review content dynamically so to provide fresh content without the need to manually add it.
