IS it possible to manually re-order events in the calendar rather than aromatically put them in Chronological order?
I an running an event that splits into 3 streams, I want these streams to be grouped together so it’s easier for people to decide which stream to join. Current it shows the first session of each stream, then the second of each stream, then the third.
I would like it to show all of stream A, all of stream B and all of stream C.
Manual moving of the calendar items would be great.
YEs - I really want this feature! you can do it for locations, hosts, tags etc….
Would be great to have this feature for the events themselves. I run an event with multiple streams so I want to show each stream grouped together rather than one of each per timeslot.
Hi Helga - is there any update on this? I really need this feature! it seems enabled for most of the other sections (hosts, venue etc….) but not on the actuals events themselves
I just found out that they used to have the option to manually sort events - but actively removed this option….. Can’t this be put back in quickly?! Perhaps add an option for “sort Chronologically”.
Seems like it’s code you already have so just copy and paste then add a button to run the chronology feature?

I’m really sorry the feature you need isn’t available in the app right now.
We used to have an option to manually reorder events only in the configurator list, which made adding and editing events more convenient. However, it didn’t affect the event order in the calendar itself. The calendar always displayed the events in chronological order.
Hope that clears it up.
However, I totally get that this option would be really helpful for your use case. We’ll keep the idea of a custom event order in mind, especially if more users support it
