Create a Survey that can Calculate a Score and show a Result based on the Score

Hi All, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I need some help to understand if any of Elfsight’s current offerings can achieve what I’m looking for.

As part of a website redesign, we’d like to introduce a ‘readiness assessment tool’ that’s essentially just a quick survey that keeps track of a ‘score’ based on the options a user selects from the survey (all questions will have set responses, a,b,c,d etc to choose from). We then want to calculate a score at the end, say 1-10, and based on the answers recommend some solutions that might be appropriate for that customer either based on the score, or some of their selections along the way.

Our website is currently hosted on Zoho Sites.

Yep, it’s possible to do this using the Calculator app. We’ve already done a similar thing for one of the customer, feel free to check an example -https://c7e7e7ceb0664cba99b791336460466f.elf.site/.

If you like this workaround, please create a Calculator with the needed questions and specify the widget ID.

Please also describe how the results should be calculated and what recommendations you’d like to add there :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Max,

I just wanted to let you know, I did see this!

Unfortunately, I’ve had a new customer onboarding and we had to spin up new reporting etc around the engagement, so my focus has moved elsewhere for now.

Your response is here and I will get back to it at some point as it’s on my to-do list. Thank you for confirming that it can be done!
