Chat bot ( restriction to wikipedia )

Hi ,

I do not want the chatbot to give answers from wikipedia or any other sources except the pdf files and the website.
Any suggestions how can i configure it.

Basically, the chatbot uses the info from the files and knowledge base uploaded to the widget, but not from external sources like Wikipedia.

However, if the bot provides wrong responses, please provide more details on your use case:

  • example of the wrong answer

  • correct response

Also, if this info should be pulled from your PDF file, please send this file to my email address. I’ll send it to you in a direct message :slightly_smiling_face:

Could you please specify what the answers should be based on your knowledge base?

Till i upload a file, we should not present anything since there is no information about this on the website.
Once there is a file the chatbot need to answer base the info from the file

I’ve added this recommendation to the instruction, and now the bot doesn’t provide an answer to this question:

Even if a question is related to the general subject or area the bot is designed to cover, but there’s no direct answer in the knowledge base, inform the user that you cannot assist and recommend contacting the business directly.
