Folks, we’re excited to introduce a new search option to the AI Chatbot Knowledge Base! 
Instead of looking through the content manually, you can now enter a keyword or describe what you’re looking for, and the search will show the most relevant matches:

The search will only work for knowledge base items added to the widget after this update.
