Yes, unfortunately, we currently don’t support an option to change images inside the widget. However, we have this request in our Wishlist, so feel free to vote on it: Ability to crop images

Yes, currently you can search only by Name, Position, Email, Phone, and Location. I agree that it would be awesome to search by groups as well, and we’ve added this idea to the Wishlist. You can keep tabs on it right here - Search by group name
