Canva - Logo, Linked in, and other widgets do not display properly

Greetings all, I’m trying to install the widgets on my Canva website, however, the designs that I have built inside of the elf site app do not display properly inside of Canva. The width is wrong, the logo sizes are wrong, and I cannot scale them or edit them. There is a disconnect between what the widget looks like and what it looks like in Canva. Please advise. Thank you all.

Hi there, @Dave_Pasciuto and welcome to the Community

Could you please send me a link to the page where your widgets are installed?

Pages 2,3. They do not match what is designed on the elfsight app. Width, size, detail appearance etc. are not present. Thank you.

Hi there @Dave_Pasciuto

We haven’t received any updates from the devs yet Due to the holiday season, our team is operating at a limited capacity.

Once I have a response from the devs, I’ll inform you here right away :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi there, @Dave_Pasciuto

I see that my colleague Pavel has already shared an update in a support ticket. As he said, unfortunately, there’s nothing we can directly do from our side, as the widgets are displaying exactly as they should under the provided conditions.

However, on the Canva side, various transformations and restrictions are being applied to the widget containers and iframes. Therefore, any fixes would need to come from the Canvas dashboard.

If you could provide Pavel with access, our devs will be happy to look into this :slightly_smiling_face:
