Hey there, i’m having the same issue with my FAQ widget as well (on a canva site). How can I fix this? I Need the width to be far wider. https://61ae04aad51846efa582d1f495bbcbc6.elf.site
Hi there, @Mohita_Ghosal
Could you please send me a link to the Canva page, where the widget is installed? I’ll be happy to look into this for you
Thanks a ton Max, here’s the link to the published site: https://www.canva.com/design/DAGjJHByx-o/iWL0Z9HkVCehXsKuv1ezkQ/edit but you can’t see the FAQ page on it (it just disappears). But I’ll attach a screenshot!
Here is the Elfsight link to the FAQ page : https://61ae04aad51846efa582d1f495bbcbc6.elf.site
Thank you!
I’ve talked to the devs and, unfortunately, there is no way to change the width in this case. This issue occurs because of the iframes used on Canva and there is nothing we can do on our end with it. I am really sorry
If you have any further questions, please let me know. I’ll be happy to help!
Thanks a ton for the update Max!
I know that Canva websites are generally considered compatible with Elfsight FAQ pages - is there another FAQ template that I can use where the width is compatible?
For example on this YouTube tutorial for Elfsight for Canva Websites: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBKosNuS77c
Hi there, @Mohita_Ghosal
Could you please share a link to the page, where the widget is installed? The link you’ve shared before leads to the website’s backend and isn’t accessible.
If the page isn’t published yet, please provide us with the access to your website’s backend -Providing access to your Canva website - Elfsight Help Center.
I’ll be happy to double-check if anything can be done
