I have created an online registration form. The problem is that when someone fills in the requested details, I do not receive those details.
Hey there, @vmr-nw ![]()
Apologies for this inconvenience!
Could you please send me a link to the page, where your widget is installed? I’ll be happy to check it for you ![]()
Thank you! In order to pull the form data to the submissions, you should add a [form-data] mail tag to the Message field in the Notify me section on the Email tab:
I’ve added this mail tag to your widget, sent a test submission to my email address and everything worked fine:
Give it a try and let me know how it works for you ![]()
Looks good now, working
Looks good now, works
Is it possible that the candidate did not fill in the fields? Can we make all fields mandatory? So he can’t submit the blank form
Yep, if the field isn’t required, users might not fill it. However, all fields have a Required field option, and you can enable it if needed ![]()
done
hope will be fine
Thank you for your support
You’re most welcome ![]()

Just now, a candidate tried to register
It’s going slowly, the application has been reset twice, and worse, I haven’t received anything in the email
I don’t understand why I’m not getting any from candidates, but the tests work!
Really none of them go through all the necessary steps? I understand one, but…
Do I get it right that emails from your candidates are empty and the test submissions I’ve sent has all data I’ve added?
If so, could you please send me a screenshot of the empty emails you’ve received?
how?
But, now I didn’t receive anything
You shared a screenshot from October 11 showing an empty submission. This happened because the Message field in the Notify Me section was missing the required [form-data] mail-tag.
I have now added this tag to your widget, tested it, and everything is working correctly.
About 20 minutes ago, I sent you a test submission. However, you mentioned you didn’t receive it. From your screenshot, I see you’re checking the v***2025@gmail.com inbox, but your widget is set to send notifications to a different email address: info@***.co.uk.
Please check the inbox of info@***.uk and let me know if the test submission is there.
Nothing Max
I have checked both emails, and junk files as well
Thanks! Please let me check it with the devs ![]()

Please try to check info@***.uk inbox once again and let me know if you see the test submissions there.
These test submissions have been successfully delivered to the inbox of our dev and my email address:
If they still don’t show up, please take these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
-
Double-check that your email address is entered correctly.
-
Make sure that notifications@forms.elfsightmail.com is not blacklisted.
-
Add another email address with a regular Gmail domain to the widget and check how it works.
If the submissions go to a Gmail inbox but not your original address, the problem could be due to spam filters or restrictions of your email provider. I’d recommend reaching out to them for further assistance.
