Form Builder Coming in blank

• **I have installed the form widget on the website. But when I test application, the form appears blank in my receiving email. Does anyone know what’s the problem?

To display the form fields in the submissions, you need to add a [form-data] tag to the Message field in the Notify Me section on the Email tab:

I’ve already added it to your widget and the fields should be pulled to your submissions now. Please check your widget and let me know how it works
