Cancel appointment and adjust widget's appearance

I love the booking app. I am new here, and was looking to see if there is a way to cancel an appointment from my end? and reopen that time slot? Also, when I link the app. to me website, it is narrow and long, will there be an option to widen the app. to better fit our page? Thanks in advance.

Hi there and welcome to the Community, @Osva_Kasenberg :waving_hand:

When you connect the widget to Google Calendar, the reserved appointments will appear in your Google Calendar. If needed, you can just delete them:

After that, the reserved slot will appear in your schedule again.

Regarding the widget display, I see that you’ve installed the widget to the Canva website. Please try to stretch the widget container and if it doesn’t help, please send me a link to your website.

I’ll be happy to check it for you

I will be happy to send you the link. It does ‘stretch’ long-wise, but not wide. https://stylist4thepeople.com/#page-3 I liked the preview that was displayed where the app was displayed wide and not long.

Thanks for sharing the link!

The widget isn’t adjusting to the full width because of the text on the right:

If you remove the container with the text, you’ll be able to stretch the container holding the widget to fit the desired width. :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi there, @Osva_Kasenberg :waving_hand:

Thank you for waiting!

Due to the iframes used on the Canva platform, the widget is displayed differently comparing with the editor and, unfortunately, there’s nothing can be done with it. I am really sorry

Please let me know if this explains things or if you have any other questions. I’ll be happy to help!
