It seems that you’ve recently connected your widget, but haven’t published changes to make it work on the website. Please publish changes and let me know if the issue still persists ![]()

Kindly double check the app, it doesnt receive confirmation on both ends AGAIN. and it even have duplicates again as well. kindly make sure it is not happening again or else, i will switch to other app. thanks
Under the duplicates, you mean that the slots are still available in the booking after their reservation, right?
If so, everything is working fine on my end, which is shown in the screencast from the previous message.
Please try to check it in incognito mode. If the issue still persists on your end, please send me a video screencast showing the slots appearing after their reservation.
As for the notifications, our devs and I have tested your widget and couldn’t replicate the issue either.
Could you please try to reserve the slot in your widget and let me know if you receive the notification? If no, please send me a screenshot of the Network tab in the dev tools after booking (right-click your website, choose “Inspect”, then “Network (All tab)” and click on the form submission request:
